AN ACT to amend the District Fire Brigades

Act, 1909.

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

1.     This Act may be cited as the District Fire Brigades Act Short title.

Amendment Act, 1912..

2.      Any local authority which has heretofore made, levied, or Validation of rates,

collected any additional rate or increased its general rate above the statutory limit for the purpose of providing the amount or any portion of the amount of any contribution payable by such authority under the District Fire Brigades Act, 1909, shall be deemed to have had power so to do, and its action is hereby validated, accordingly, and such additional rate or increase of general rates may be col- lected, recovered, and got in in the same way as general ratesTmade by such local authority.
