This regulation may be cited as the District Courts (Venue of Appeals) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the DistrictCourts(VenueofAppeals)Regulation 1994 . ˙ Replacement of s 2 (Appeals venues appointed (s 5 of the Act)) 3. Section 2— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Appeals venues appointed—Act, s 5 ‘ 2. The places stated in the schedule are appointed places where, for all appeals, a District Court’s jurisdiction to hear and determine appeals may be exercised.’. ˙ Insertion of schedule 4.
