This regulation may be cited as the District Courts (Court Fees) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on the day the CourtsLegislationAmendment Act 1995 , part 3 commences. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the District Courts (Court Fees) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Replacement of ss 1 and 2 4. Sections 1 and 2— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Short title ‘ 1. This regulation may be cited as the District Courts Regulation 1993 . ˙ ‘ Appeals venues appointed ‘ 2. A place where a District Court is held under section 5 of the Act1 is appointed as a place where jurisdiction of a District Court to hear and determine all appeals may be exercised.’. ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Fees determined) 5. Section 3, ‘Schedules 1 and 2’— omit, insert— ‘schedules 1, 2 and 3’. 1 Section 5 of the Act (Appointment of District Courts)
