s1 2 s3 District Courts Amendment (No. 3) No. 211, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. These rules may be cited as the District Courts Amendment Rules (No. 3) 1995 . ˙ Rules amended 2. These rules amend the District Courts Rules 1968 . ˙ Insertion of new r 212A 3. After rule 212— insert— ˙ ‘Evidence by telephone, video link or another form of communication ‘ 212A.(1) The Court or a Judge may, in an action or matter, determine to receive evidence or submissions by telephone, video link or another form of communication. ‘ (2) The Court or the Judge may impose conditions under subrule (1).’.
