s1 2 s3 District Courts Amendment Rule (No. 4) No. 349, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This rule may be cited as the District Courts Amendment Rule (No. 4) 1995 . ˙ Rules amended 2. This rule amends the District Courts Rules 1968 . ˙ Replacement of r 154 3. Rule 154— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Return date ‘ 154. A judgment summons is returnable— (a) if it is served in another State under the Service and Execution of Process Act 1992 (Cwlth)—21 days after service; or (b) otherwise—8 days after service.’.
