1 . ( 1 ) This Act may be cited as t h e "Di s t r i c t Courts

(Amendment) Act, 1936."

(2) The Distr ict Courts Act, 1912-1932, as amended b y th is Act , may be cited as t he District Courts Act, 1912-1936.

2 . (1) The District Courts Act, 1912-1932, is amended—

(a) by omitting from section one hundred and two t h e words " b y the judge of" a n d b y inserting in lieu thereof t he words " or given or entered up

in" ;

(b) b y inserting in t h e same section after t he words " has been made or given " t he words " or entered u p . "
