83 Quausfaubr ANNO VICESIMO PRIMO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 7 of 1972 An Act to amend the DistrictCourts Act 1967-1969 in certain particulars and for purposes incidental thereto [ASSENTED TO 14TH DECEMBER, 1972] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the District Courts Act Amendment Act 1972. (2) The District Courts Act 1967-1969 as amended by this Act may be cited as the District Courts Act1967-1972.

84 District Courts Act Amendment Act 1972, No. 7 2. Amendment of s. 9 . Appointment and qualification of Judges. Section 9 of the District Courts Act1967-1969 is amended by- (a) omitting the expression " (1) "; and (b) omitting subsection (2). 3. Amendment of s. 16. Acting Judge. Section 16 of the DistrictCourts Act1967-1969 is amended by omitting subsection (3). 4. Amendment of s. 27, No . 60 of 1964 . The Local Government Court. (1) Section 27 of the City of Brisbane Town Planning Act 1964-1971 is amended by omitting subsections (6) and (7). (2) The City of Brisbane Town Planning Act 1964-1971 as amended by this section may be cited as the City of Brisbane Town Planning Act 1964-1972.
