87 ANNO OCTODECIMO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 16 of 1969 An Act to Amend The District Courts Act of 1967 in a certain particular [ ASSENTED TO 16TH DECEMBER, 19691 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the District Courts Act Amendment Act 1969. (2) The District Courts Act of 1967 as amended by this Act may he cited as the District Courts Act1967-1969.

88 District Courts Act Amendment Act 1969, No. 16 2. Amendment to s. 9 . Section 9 of The District Courts Act of1967 is amended by, in subsection (2), omitting the word " ten " and inserting in its stead the word " thirteen ".
