Form 8—Ordinary Statement of Claim

Delete the following text:

The plaintiff claims $	in respect of the cause of action pleaded
overleaf.

And replace with the following:

“The plaintiff claims in respect of the cause of action pleaded in this

claim:

*damages and/or
*orders that [insert orders sought]

[*delete inapplicable paragraph]”.

Form 48—Notice of Cross Claim

Delete the following text:

“The Cross-Claimant claims $	in respect of the cause of action
pleaded overleaf.”
And replace with the following:

“The Cross-Claimant claims in respect of the cause of action

pleaded in this claim:

*damages and/or
*orders that [insert orders sought]

[*delete inapplicable paragraph]”.
