DISTRICT COURT RULES 1973—CORRECTION NOTICE

The following alterations should be made to correct errors in the Rules published in Government Gazette No 117 of 1996:

6969	(h)	Omit “(d)” where third occurring,
insert instead “(e)”.

6977   (c), (d), (e) Omit the paragraphs.

6985	(ae) After “2 (1B), (2), (3)” insert “ , (4)”
6990	(bp) Omit the paragraph.
