District Court (Fees) Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.             Citation

These regulations are the District Court (Fees) Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2016.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Part 2 — District Court (Fees) Regulations 2002
amended

3.             Regulations amended

This Part amends the District Court (Fees) Regulations 2002.

4.             Regulation 11A amended

In regulation 11A(4) delete “11A(b).” and insert:

13(b).

Part 3 — Attorney General Regulations Amendment
(Fees) Regulations 2016 amended

5.             Regulations amended

This Part amends the Attorney General Regulations Amendment
(Fees) Regulations 2016.

6.             Regulation 26 amended

Delete regulation 26(3).
