District Court (Fees) Amendment

Regulations 201 7

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the District Court (Fees) Amendment
Regulations 2017.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

proceedings.

These regulations amend the District Court (Fees)
Regulations 2002.

4.            Duplicate regulation 8 replaced

Delete the regulation immediately before regulation 9 and insert:

8E.	Conventions
If, by a Convention that applies to the State, it is provided that a fee is not required to be paid in respect of specified proceedings, the fees referred to in regulation 4 are not to be taken in respect of those

5. Regulation 9 amended
In regulation 9(5) delete "regulation 7." and insert:

regulation 8A.
