Regulations 2011

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the District Court (Fees) Amendment

8 March 2011 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 785

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the District Court (Fees) Regulations 2002.
4.	Regulation 7 amended In regulation 7(2) delete "An" and insert:

(1)	In Schedule 1 item 1 delete "2," and insert:

(2)	In Schedule 1 after item I insert:
