District Court (Fees) Amendment

Regulations 2007

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the District Court (Fees) Amendment

3036 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 26 June 2007

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2- on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2007.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the District Court

(Fees) Regulations 2002*.

4.            Schedule I amended

Schedule 1 is amended in each item listed in column 1 of the Table to this regulation by deleting the corresponding fee in column 2 in each place where it occurs and inserting instead the corresponding fee in column 3.
