District Court Act 1973 on 19 December 2002.

Explanatory note
The object of this Rule is to amend Part 20, rule 10 of the District Court Rules 1973 to require a cross-claimant to serve a cross-claim within 2 months after the day on which the statement of claim commencing the action is served instead of the current period of 3 months.
