DISTRICT COURT AMENDMENT ACT 1997 No 58—

PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the District Court Amendment Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 2 February 1998 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence, except Schedule 2.2 and 2.4.
