In pursuance of Part 47 rule 2 (2) of the District Court Rules 1973, I have amended the Forms approved for use in the Court as under:

(a) Form 133A
After Form 133 insert:

Form 133A

Notice to minor to appoint tutor

To the defendant [or respondent]

If you are under the age of 18, and if no adult person has been appointed as tutor for you for the purposes of these proceedings, this notice calls on you to cause a tutor to appear on the record of the proceedings within 28 days of service of this notice on you. If you do not comply with this notice the plaintiff [or applicant] will, unless the Court otherwise orders, be at liberty to take any step against you in the proceedings as though you were of or above the age of 18.

(b) Form 138—Registrar’s Execution Book
Omit the Form.
