DISTRICT COURT ACT 1973—RULE

NEW SOUTH WALES

1.  This rule is made by the Rule Committee on 8 November 1994, and has effect on and from 1 January 1995.

2. The District Court Rules 1973 are amended by omitting Part 24C Rule 3 (2).

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The purpose of the amendment is to require that the statement of claim in an action in the Motor Accidents List must be served in the same manner as the Statement of claim in any other action.
