DISTRICT COURT RULES 1973—FORMS

NEW SOUTH WALES

IN pursuance of Part 47 rule 2 (2) of the District Court Rules I have amended the Forms approved for use in the Court as follows:

(a) Form 59—Subpoena for Production

(i)  In paragraph (ii) omit “attend; and”, insert instead “attend.”;

(ii) Omit paragraph (iii).

(b) Form 59—Subpoena for production to the arbitrator appointed to hear an action

(i)  In paragraph (iii) omit “date]; and”, insert instead “date].”;

(ii) Omit paragraph (iv).

(c) Form 61—Subpoena for Production and to Give Evidence

(i) Omit paragraph (ii);

(ii) Renumber paragraph (ia) as paragraph (ii).

(d)	Form 846—Election under section 32 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986
Omit “prosectuor”, insert instead “Director of Public Prosecutions”.
