Secretary to the Rule CommitteeThe object of this Rule is to make an amendment to Part 47, rule 3 (3) of the District Court Rules 1973 to remove a requirement to fold documents prepared for use in the District Court once lengthwise. The amendment is consequential on the introduction of the system of fiat filing of documents
