DISTRICT COURT RULES 1973—FORMS

In pursuance of Part 47 rule 2 (2) of the District Court Rules 1973, I have amended Form 62—“JUDGMENT”—of the Forms approved for use in the court as follows:

(a)	In Term (a), omit “registrar” where occurring, insert instead “plaintiff”.
(b)	In Term (b), omit “registrar”, insert instead “defendant”.
(c)	In Term (c), omit “registrar” where occurring, insert instead “other party”.
(d)	In Term (d), omit “registrar”, insert instead “plaintiff”.
(e)	In Term (e), omit “registrar” where occurring, insert instead “judgment creditor”.
(f)	Omit “taxed” where occurring, insert instead “assessed”.
(g)	Omit “taxation” where occurring, insert instead “assessment”.
