NEW SOUTH WALES

IN pursuance of Part 47 rule 2 (2) of the District Court Rules 1973, I have amended the Forms approved for use in the Court as follows:

(a) In each Form insert before the Schedule:

Forms 59, 59B, 61 may comply with the subpoena by producing a CLEAN SHARP PHOTOCOPY of the document. [This paragraph may be omitted if it is intended to adduce the original document in evidence.]

(b) In each Form insert at the end of the Form:

Forms 59, 59A, 59B, 59C, 61 SO ELECT, you may comply with this subpoena by producing such of the documents or things described in the schedule as are in your possession or control to...........................................

at................................. not later than.................................
(c)	Form 142
Omit “call-over on to fix a date for the
rehearing”, insert instead “rehearing [or call-over] on ”
