HEREAS it is expedient further to amend the District Counb p ~ ~ ~ b h

it therefore Enacted, by the Governodn-

Chief of the P~ovince of South Australia, vith the advice and con- sent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

4. Every ratepayer in the district may, on the days of the meet-

ings of the Council, between the hours of twelve and four, and, upon payment of a fee of 0 ne Shilling to the Clerk of the District

Council, inspect and take copies o f or extracts from the minute book of the Council.

6. This Act and the District Councils Act, 1858, shall 'be read

together as one Act.
