AN ACT to amend the Law relating to
Distress for Rent.
[Assented to 24th December, 1904.]
E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
with the advice' and consent of the Legislative Council
and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as
follows:—
| 1. | This Act may be cited as the Distress fir Rent Restriction | Short title. |
Act, 1904.
| 2. | After the commencement of this Act, it shall not be lawful | Sowing machines, |

| to distrain any sewing machine, typewriting machine, or mangle, | machines, and |
| the property of or under hire to any female person, for any rent | mangles exempt |

Clothes, bedding,
| and tools exempted | 3. From and after the passing of this Act the following goods |
