AN ACT to amend section six of the Distress for Rent

Abolition Act, 1936.

[Assented to 7th November, 1941.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Distress for Rent Short iaa.

Abolition Act Amendment Act, 1941, and shall be read

as one with the Distress for Rent Abolition Act, 1936,

hereinafter called the principal Act.

2. Section six of the principal Act is amended by An a. StLi;. of

deleting the word "two" in line two and inserting in principal Act

lieu thereof the word "seven."
