REGULATIONS UNDER THE DISTILLATION ACT 1901-1947.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Distillation Act 1901-1947.

Amendment of the Distillation Regulations.

After Regulation 133 of the Distillation Regulations the following regulation is added : —

“ 134. For the purposes of the last four preceding regulations ‘ public holiday ’ means any day observed as a holiday in the Public Service of the Commonwealth in pursuance of section seventy-six of the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922-1947.”.
