1. This Act may for all purposes be cited as " The Distillation Shorttitlo.

(g) In the case of a label appropriate and intended for South Australian beer, the words " South Australian beer," and, in case of a label appropriate and intended for imported beer, the words Imported beer, bottled in South Australia."

(2) This repeal shall not affect anything lawfully done or suffered under any of the sub-paragraphs hereby repealed, nor any liability, pcnalty, or forfeiture alrcadv acquired or incnrrrd in respect of any offence already committed o h e r any of the said sub-paragraphs, nor

any investigation, legal proceeding, or remedy in respect of any such

liability, penalty, or forfeiture.
