Made under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Amendment Act 2016 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

This proclamation is the Disposal of Uncollected Goods
Amendment Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2017.

2.            Commencement of Act

The Disposal of Uncollected Goods Amendment Act 2016, other than Part 1, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
