AN ACT for the Prevention and Eradication

of Diseases in Vines.

[ Assented to, 16th September, 188 1. ]

\ITHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the prevention and

eradication of Diseases in Vines : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Depend- encies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:—

2 THE Governor may from time to time appoint such persons

4 IN every case where a Stipendiary Magistrate under the

7 NOTHING in this Act contained shill prevent a tenant from
