Diseases in Timber Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Diseases in Timber Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Diseases in Timber Regulation 1997 . 3 Amendment of s 4 (Disease declarations) (1) Section 4(b)— omit . (2) Section 4(c)— renumber as section 4(b). 4 Replacement of s 5 (Infected area declarations) Section 5— omit, insert ‘5 Infected area declaration ‘The whole of the State is declared to be an infected area for a declared disease.’. 5 Omission of s 6 (Prohibition for fivespined bark beetle infected area) Section 6— omit . 6 Renumbering of ss 7–9 Sections 7 to 9— renumber as sections 6 to 8.
