Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative

authority of the same, as follows :—

1 . This Act may be cited as the "Diseased Animals and Meat

(Amendment) Act, 191*0."
2. Subsection one of section fifty-eight of the Cattle Slaughtering and Diseased Animals and Meat Act, 1902, is amended by inserting the following proviso at the end of the said subsection :—

Provided that an information or complaint for an offence under section forty-seven must be laid or made within six weeks after the time when the animal was sold or consigned or exposed for sale or supplied for rations within the meaning of the said section.
