Discrimination (Remuneration and Allowances) Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Discrimination Act 1991.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on 11 November 1995.

Substitution

2. Regulation 3 of the Discrimination (Remuneration and Allowances) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Remuneration of the Commissioner

“3.  For the purposes of subsection 113 (1) of the Act, the prescribed remuneration is remuneration at the rate payable to a public servant having a classification of Senior Executive Service officer Band 1 who receives remuneration at the lower level.”.
