Regulations 1999

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Discharged Servicemen's Preference Regulations
1992 to extend the operations in a prescribed

theatre of war.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 18 of
the Discharged Servicemen's Preference Act

1943.

3. Extension of operations in Vietnam

In clause 4 of the Schedule to the Discharged
Servicemen's Preference Regulations 19921 for

"11 January 1973" substitute "29 April 1975".
