s1 2 s2 Disaster Management (Extension of Disaster Situation-Gold Coast) Regulation 2005 No. 163, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Disaster Management (Extension of Disaster Situation-Gold Coast) Regulation 2005 . 1 2 Extension of period of disaster situation (1) This section applies to the declaration of a disaster situation, approved by the Minister on 8 July 2005, for the Currumbin Hill area bounded by Currumbin Creek, the Gold Coast Highway and the Pacific Motorway within the Gold Coast disaster district. (2) The period of the disaster situation is extended under section 67(1) of the Act.
