[1] At the initial listing of this application, I canvassed a number of matters about aspects of the Disability Services Australia Business Services Division Staff Workplace Agreement 2010; thematter was, with the consent of the applicant’s solicitor and the representative from United Voice, stood over to 27 April 2011. However, I have today received a notice of discontinuance together with a request that the further listing be vacated. In the circumstances, the proceedings are now concluded.
