Disability Services Amendment

Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Disability Services Amendment
Regulations 2016.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Western Australian Health Promotion Foundation Act 2016 Part 6 comes into operation.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Disability Services
Regulations 2004.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 delete item 23 and insert:

23. Western Australian Health Promotion Foundation mentioned in the Western Australian Health Promotion Foundation Act 2016 section 5. R. KENNEDY, Clerk of the Executive Council.
