Disability Services Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Disability Services Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2010 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2010. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Disability Services Regulation 2006. 4 Insertion of new pt 3, div 2A Part 3— insert— ‘Division 2A Other applications ‘27A Fee for application for cancellation—Act, s 100 ‘For section 100(4)(c) of the Act, the prescribed fee is $70. ‘27B Fee for application for replacement—Act, s 106 ‘For section 106(2) of the Act, the prescribed fee is $10.60. ‘27C Fee for application for an eligibility declaration—Act, s 107F ‘For section 107F(4)(c) of the Act, the prescribed fee is $70.’.
