Disability Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Disability Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016 .

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 April 2016.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Disability Services Regulation 2006 .

4   Insertion of new s 3A

After section 3—
insert—

3A   Prescribed disability services—Act, ss 12, 14 and 16A

For sections 12, 14 and 16A of the Act, the prescribed disability services are stated in schedule 1AA.

5   Insertion of new sch 1AA

Before schedule 1—
