Disability Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Disability Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2010. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Disability Services Regulation 2006. 4 Amendment of pt 3, div 2 (Identification documents for criminal history screening) Part 3, division 2, heading— omit , insert— ‘Division 2 Application for prescribed notice ’. 5 ‘26A Insertion of new s 26A Part 3, division 2— insert— Fee for application for prescribed notice—Act, s 83 ‘For section 83(2)(d) of the Act, the prescribed fee is $70.’.
