1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Disability Services Amendment Regulation 2023.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Disability Services Regulation 2017.

3   Amendment of s 12 (Service providers to which pt 6 of the Act does not apply—Act, s 140)
