  1. Name of regulation

    This regulation is the Disability Inclusion Regulation 2025.

  2. Commencement

    This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

    NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

  3. Matters to be included in disability inclusion plan—Act, s 15 (2) (d)

    (1)The following matters are prescribed:

    (a)the following information about each action in the disability inclusion plan:

    (i)the disability inclusion strategy to which the action relates;

    (ii)an outline of the action;

    (iii)when the action was, is being, or is planned to be, taken;

    (iv)the position in the public sector entity responsible for the action;

    (b)information about how the public sector entity will keep the ACT community informed about progress on each action in the disability inclusion plan;

    (c)a statement describing the consultation undertaken when the disability inclusion plan was most recently developed or reviewed.

    (2)In this section:

    action, in a disability action plan, means an action included in the plan for the Act, section 15 (2) (c).
