1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Disability Discrimination Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

1. Amendment of Disability Discrimination Regulations 1996

Schedule 1 amends the Disability Discrimination Regulations 1996.
