HIS HONOUR:
I consider that the document should be exhibited. I think it is sensibly of assistance to the jury. The jury will well know that it is in dispute that the witness's qualifications do not have import in relation to this matter, because it has been put by the prosecution that his expertise is in speech identification rather than transcription. But the jury has to find its way through a fair amount of data and I think the document would assist the jury in following the arguments put by counsel for both sides. Accordingly, I admit it, but Section 3, the Forensic Experience section, is excluded. The document can be appropriately amended and I will receive it absolutely.
