Director of Public Prosecutions Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1983.

Other functions of the Director of Public Prosecutions

Regulation 3 of the Director of Public Prosecutions Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following word and paragraph:

“; and (d) to institute proceedings, or to carry on proceedings (whether instituted by the Director or not), under section 112ah of the Family Law Act 1975.”.
