This instrument is the Director of Public Prosecutions Amendment (Repeal of Norfolk Island Provisions) Regulations 2018.

Subregulation 3(1)

Omit “other functions of the Director are”, substitute “the other functions of the Director are”.

Parts 3 and 4

Repeal the Parts.
