Prosecutions (Allowances) Regulations
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council and in pursuance of section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901,hereby make the following Regulations
under the Director of Public Prosecutions
Act 1983.

Citation
1. These Regulations may be
cited as the Director of Public Prosecutions (Allowances) Regulations.
Allowances
payable to the Director of Public Prosecutions
2. For the purposes of
sub-section 19 (2) of the Director of
Public Prosecutions Act 1983,the
following allowances are prescribed, namely, the allowances payable to an
officer of the Australian Public Service.
