Direction under section 32, Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 Adjustments of Appropriations on Change of Agency Functions (No. 7 of 2007-2008) (Cth)
DIRECTION UNDER SECTION 32, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT 1997
Context:
On 23 February 2006, the Attorney-General announced that the policy and administrative functions previously held by the Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC) would be folded into the Attorney-General’s Department (AGD). This direction completes the transfer of functions from OFLC to AGD.
I, Tim Youngberry, Division Manager, Financial Reporting and Cash Management Division, Department of Finance and Deregulation, sub-delegate of the Minister for Finance and Deregulation under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 (‘the FMA Act’), issue the following direction under section 32 of the FMA Act:
That part of the appropriation items listed in column 1 of the following table (being the amounts listed in column 4) be transferred from the 'old agency' listed in column 2 to the 'new agency' listed in column 3.
