Direction under section 32, Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 – Adjustments of Appropriations on Change of Agency Functions (No. 24 of 2005-2006) (Cth)
DIRECTION UNDER SECTION 32, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT 1997
Whereas:
On 27 March 2006, the Office of Workplace Services (OWS) was established as a prescribed agency for the for the purposes of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 ('the FMA Act') and the workplace services functions which were previously functions of the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) became functions of the OWS.
I, Beverley Anne Hazell, Division Manager, Financial Reporting and Cash Management Division, Department of Finance and Administration, Delegate of the Minister for Finance and Administration under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 ('the FMA Act'), issue the following direction under s.32 of the FMA Act:
That the moneys listed in column 4 of the following table for the items listed in column 1, be transferred from the 'old agency' listed in column 2 to the 'new agency' listed in column 3.
