Direction under section 32, Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 Adjustments of Appropriations on Change of Agency Functions (No. 11 of 2006-2007) (Cth)

DIRECTION UNDER SECTION 32, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT 1997

Context:           

On 19 September 2006, a decision was made to transfer the Produce and Grocery Industry Code of Conduct function from the Department of Industry, Tourism and Resources to the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.

I, Brett Kaufmann, Acting Division Manager, Financial Reporting and Cash Management Division, Department of Finance and Administration, sub-delegate of the Minister for Finance and Administration under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 (‘the FMA Act’), issue the following direction under section 32 of the FMA Act:

That the appropriation items listed in column 1 of the following table in the amounts listed in column 4 be transferred from the 'old agency' listed in column 2 to the 'new agency' listed in column 3.
