This Determination is the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities (Indirect Tax Concession Scheme) Amendment Determination 2005 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

This Determination commences, or is taken to have commenced, as follows:

(a)on 1 July 2000 — sections 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

(b)on 25 May 2001 — Schedule 2;

(c)on 6 December 2001 — Schedule 3;

(d)on 1 September 2002 — Schedule 4;

(e)on 31 December 2002 — Schedule 5;

  1. Amendment of Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities (Indirect Tax Concession Scheme) Determination 2000

(1)Schedule 1 amends the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities (Indirect Tax Concession Scheme) Determination 2000, as amended by the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities (Indirect Tax Concession Scheme) Amendment Determination 2000 (No. 1).

(2)Schedules 2 to 14 amend the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities (Indirect Tax Concession Scheme) Determination 2000.
